All other advance reservations require a
2 night minimum stay:

Winter Rates based on 2-4 people
$900.00/week Dec 1 - April 30
$200.00/night Dec 1 - April 30
Additional upstairs available for $100/week.
Also, $50 two night minimum and
$10/night thereafter.
Deposit Information:
A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation.
$25 cancellation fee applies. Deposit is non-refundable unless Lakehouse
is re-rented for that time period or cancellation is made prior to 30
days. No refund on early departures.

Sorry, we remain firm on the number of people in occupancy. -
MC/VI is accepted. Personal checks accepted for advance
deposit. Balance to be paid in cash or by credit card. -

Recreation:

Snowmobile on 150 miles of well groomed trails in the Rangeley Region.

Ski
cross country or downhill at Saddleback Mountain - "the family
mountain". We are Conveniently located 1/2 mile from the Dallas Hill
Access Road to Saddleback.

Fishing - on Rangeley Lake or many of the surrounding
lakes, rivers and ponds for salmon and trout.

Hiking - the Appalachian Trail is 8 miles from the
Lakehouse. Many
other hiking trails to mountains such as Aziscohos and Kennebago
are within 1/2 hour's drive.

Golfing - 2 miles to Mingo Springs Golf Course.
45 minutes to
Sugarloaf Golf Course.

Tennis - Public courts in both Oquossoc and Rangeley
